Dutch Employees is a Dutch private company with limited liability with the formal name: Grenzelooswerk B.V., also operating under the name Dutch Employees. Grenzelooswerk B.V., independent under which name it operates, hereinafter referred to as “Dutch Employees”.
Regarding the terminology/definitions we refer to our general terms and conditions. The list of definitions as used therein also applies to this Privacy Statement.
Visit without personal information
The website of Dutch Employees can be visited by a User without the User informing us who the User is and without disclosing personal data. However for specific purposes, as per example job application, we need User information, such as address and telephone number.
Use of our services
When the User signs up through our website and/or signs up for our services, we ask the User for personal information. This information is used to carry out these services. The data is stored on secure servers of Dutch Employees or on secure servers of a third party designated by Dutch Employees.
Capture and processing of data
Dutch Employees shall submit information in its database for use by Dutch Employees and third parties referred to in this Privacy Statement.
We process the following data or could collect these data:
- (First) name, address, gender, date of birth, curriculum vitae, diplomas, e-mail address, nationality, info on education;
- Information relating to availability and employment history;
- Other matters as far as (i) required by law, or (ii) it has been authorized by Users or (iii) voluntarily supplied data.
Further some data are automatically generated. These data are described later in this Privacy Statement.
We collect data to:
- map supply and demand on the labour market;
- provide service when using our Website: www.dutchemployees.nl or any other Website used by Dutch Employees;
- send the electronic version of the Dutch Employees newsletter;
- send the electronic version of matching mail;
- provide anonymous statistical data for (potential) clients.
The possibility exists that the profile of a User is linked to his or her social media page. This only happens with the permission of the User.
Special Personal Data
Dutch Employees collects only sensitive personal data (as defined in the personal data protection Act) after permission from the User. If the User uploads a photo (this is voluntary) than this implies that the User gives his permission for storing and publishing it. The User can at any time remove the photo from his or her profile. The same applies to the voluntary video application. Users can remove the video from their profile.
Collection of digital and/or internet data
Dutch Employees uses automatic generated data for statistical purposes, as well as for the protection and improvement of the work, services and the official website of Dutch Employees. This information is provided to third parties provided they are completely anonymous and not personally identifiable to the User.
The Dutch Employees website automatically collects certain non-identifiable information about the visitors of its website, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer from visitors, date and time of access to the website, the internet address of the website from which the visitor is redirected to the website of Dutch Employees, the IP address of the Internet Service Provider of the visitor, the visitor's operating system , the parts, information and pages of the website that the visitor has visited and/or viewed, as well as the material forwarded or downloaded by the visitor of the Website. This technical information is used for the management of the website and to optimize the website and services provided by Dutch Employees. In addition, this data can be used for historical, statistical or scientific purposes. The stored technical information may be passed on to third parties and can be permanently stored for future use.

A User profile or curriculum vitae, whether or not anonymized, can be published within a private area on the website and/or fully disclosed, after the User has consented
Security of your data
Dutch Employees is committed to appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data of the Users against unlawful processing and/or loss. Employees of Dutch Employees, who have access to the personal data of the Users, are bound by a confidentiality clause.
Despite the security measures taken by us, situations may arise in which it may not prevent others from using the personal information for improper purposes. Dutch Employees does not accept any liability in such cases, unless there is intent or recklessness adjacent to intent on the part of Dutch Employees.
Removal or alteration of your data
The team of Dutch Employees shall endeavor to inform the User at any time how his or her personal data and other information will be used. Should the User specify that the information should not be used as a basis for further contact then we respect that.
Our concern is the quality and integrity of the personal information. Requests from Users to customize or remove personal information will be treated as soon as possible.

Transfers of undertaking
